GLT rental models at a glance
4 years rent
Operating costs (OPEX) are optimal for long daily operating hours and limited rental periods. The rental unit can be returned, extended, or taken over (for €10 per GLT LED TUBE) after four years.
5 years Leasing
Financial costs (capex)
and optimal when managing one's own property. After a leasing
period of 5 years, the leased
asset becomes the property of the lessee.
8 years rent
Optimal savings in operating costs through long rental periods. Maintenance costs are minimized. The rental object can be returned, extended, or taken over (for EUR 5 per GLT LED TUBE) after 8 years.
Rent without term
Operating costs (OPEX) are low and ideal for indefinite leases. Termination is possible with nine months' notice to the end of the quarter. Ownership of the leased property remains with GLT, with unlimited light availability.
